Szene Open Air 2025

The Szene Openair in Lustenau will take place from August 1 to 3, 2024. The three-day festival has been organized with great dedication and passion by the members of the cultural and youth association Szene Lustenau, with a non-profit mission, since its inception. The organizing team and the approximately 800 volunteers each year—mostly young people—dedicate many hours of volunteer work to this major project.

As a three-day festival with camping facilities, the Szene Openair west of Salzburg is the only music event of its kind in Austria. The Szene Openair offers its visitors a music program tailored to young people and the young at heart, camping facilities, a festival kindergarten, addiction prevention, comprehensive mobility management for arrival and departure, and a proven waste prevention concept. It is a major concern of Szene Lustenau to contribute to raising awareness about the importance of nature and the environment.

Music promotion
The goal of the cultural and youth association Szene Lustenau is to bring the full diversity of Vorarlberg's alternative music scene to the open-air stages. In addition to a large stage, Szene Openair offers ambitious young musicians a platform to network with other musicians. Performances at Szene Openair are in high demand – Szene Lustenau receives over 6,000 requests annually! Over a dozen regional bands and DJs will once again be performing at Szene Openair this year.
