This ninth edition of the Horizons Open Sea Festival will be a window onto the world. In response to the temptation to turn inwards and the standardisation of cultural offerings, Horizons encourages us to step back, fostering curiosity and discovery by celebrating the diversity of artistic expression and cultures. This 2026 edition will be firmly focused on the richness of what unites us: our differences.
