BASIS/ Curated by Dissolver

Dissolver lives by his motto ‘live hardware techno but not as serious’ and curates a night in Utrecht this Friday, bringing A-game names like Benwal and DJ Sweet6teen along. Expect cheeky vocals, high tempos, and thumping basses all night long. Narciss joins the program alongside Lara Liebrand,  both known for their extremely energetic sets. Bring it on.

The Planet

The Planet is a queer club night focused on femmes & thems and challenges dancers to return to the essence of club culture: being free in nightlife in its truest form. Hellie takes her groovy and infectious to Levenslang right after Bastienne opens the night. The Amsterdam-based DJ Slimfit always turns dance floors into a good time wherever they go with their genre-defying and high-energy sets. angelboy closes the night in style: hard and playful go hand in hand this Friday. Besides this killer lineup, The Planet has invited performers to entertain you all night.

HRFST Festival 2023

HRFST describes its festival as ‘tech paradise’, and with a lineup like that, they might be spot on. The HRFST organizers are bringing bass-heavy techno acts such as Anna Reusch and Iris Menza to their festival, plus trancy deep-cut selectors like Mees Salomé, Olivier Weiter, and Secret Cinema. The venue is an actual fort, and what could ever be cooler than raving between ditches and walls? Exactly.

Kustwacht - De Derde Wacht

The time for hard techno lovers is still now. Cynthia Spiering takes the stage at Tilburg’s largest pop venue, 013, where the scenes are just as dark and thunderous as her music is this Saturday. Don Woezik brings his thumping techno besides Dutch prodigy APHØTIC and industrial duo Toxic Machinery. Two floors of everything techno: what could go wrong?

Bart Skils will likely pop up first if you think of Dutch techno DJs. The man has released at Drumcode Records and belongs to its exclusive family, so you know what to expect sound-wise: big, heavy grooves. It’s the first time Bart Skils plays at Lofi, and knowing the DJ, he’ll try to charm everyone present.

WAS. x Uncloud

Uncloud takes over Utrecht with a festival weekend and strikes down at WAS. for a club night with a lineup the most forefront, left-field festivals would be jealous of. Is superstar DJ Bambounou going back-to-back with trip inducer Mama Snake? DjRum and Hannah Pezzack on the same night? Uncloud is not afraid to take you into a wormhole with them.

Femmazing 90/00’s

This one’s for the girlies. Femmazing is a women+-only event, where an all-female lineup, dancers, and the greatest hits from our childhood set the mood for the night. It’s the first time Femmazing 90/00’s hosts one of their events at Melkweg, the pop venue in the center of Amsterdam.

Iconic Queer Pop Party

Two Dutch icons team up for another edition of their Iconic Queer Pop Party. Vera Siemons and Liza van den Brink know exactly which tracks their crowd wants to hear and select the hottest pop tunes by queer legends every time they play. Did we mention VJ Mink’s visuals as a backdrop? On your way to Utrecht!
